Transfer Application Requirements
Minimum GPA:
Transfer students from other colleges or universities may be admitted to NMSU Grants Campus as regular students in good standing if their previous college cumulative grade point average is 2.0 or higher. Transfer students with a grade point average below 2.0 may be admitted on probation.
Official Transcripts:
Transfer students from other colleges or universities must submit official academic transcripts from all colleges previously attended, as well as an official high school or GED transcript.

Transfer Credit Policy
Minimum Grade:
Transfer students will receive full credit for coursework completed with a grade of C or better, provided the classes are similar or equivalent to courses offered at NMSU.
